While the law will not pass judicial review (by all estimates), and is a waste of time, the net effect will be to disarm the blissninnies of SF. With Oakland across the bay... I heard this as well and was amazed it passed at all. What about those individuals already owning firearms?
Gee, what happened to the rights to bear arms?
The NRA has already filed suit against the City. The law violates California Law and the Second Amendment.
