Well let me see. Isn't there a sign of progress in these two counties? Oh, yes, they are building a brand new courthouse in one of the counties to provide comfort to the legal leeches who are draining jobs. Hopefully, tort reform will put an end to this and return meaningful healthcare jobs to the counties.
